Our Project Manager – Data SSC is a professional responsible for helping our new to develop team Data SSC. You will be responsible for planning and implementing data objects (within our data domains:
suppliers, parts, customers, finance, etc.) in our Data SSC. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. Based on your extensive experiences in de SSC domain, you will drive the development of our Data SSC vision, operating model, processes, work instructions, SLAs, training, continuous improvement, performance monitoring, etc.
In addition, you will help setting up a operational plan for global master data management together with our Master Data Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and implementation of the Data SSC.
- Define vision, scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
- senior management and stakeholders.
- Define and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Setting up a operational plan for global master data management supporting Data SSC.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree;
- Proven experience in project management, especially in setting up shared services centers;
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus;
- Understanding of financial management, SSC cost allocation and SLAs;
- Sound understanding of applying emerging technologies like AI for continuous improvement;
- Good command of English and (optional) Dutch.
