The teams work closely together by means of precisely coordinated backlogs and a joint product vision. For 2022, the focus will be on the management and application of employment conditions schemes regarding leave and benefits
Outsystems is used for the front end development and is aimed at internal users.
In 2022 you will work on the front-end for:
(completion) administrative management of Leave and Benefits for BMC (new) management and insight screens for employment conditions schemes (new) making administrative management of Leave and Benefits suitable for the Payroll proposition (new) the employment conditions components in the cost price module (which is built entirely in OutSystems)
You work closely with a second front-end developer who mainly focuses on the management and maintenance of the existing Outsystems solutions.
Candidate will at least need to have experience with:
Min 5 years of recent Outsystems experience
Experience in developing according to the Outsystems 4 layer Canvas
Outsystems Professional Web Developer certificate
Excellent communication and social skills
Proactive and self starting attitude
Experience in code quality assurance
Experience in LifeTime deployments
Experience in refactoring applications (pre)
Experience in SQL Management Studio
Candidate preferably also has experience with:
Outsystems automated (unit) testing
Other technologies / frameworks (Jenkins, RabbitMQ, WSO2)
Working in a multidisciplinary devops scrum team
Skills and competencies the candidate will need are:
Fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
Strong analytical skills
